What maintenance services do you offer?

We have a department specializing in maintenance. In the unlikely scenario that a problem occurs, we will promptly perform after-sales follow-up. We can also perform routine maintenance according to your needs.

Do you offer guarantees?

We always make every effort to ensure quality. In the unlikely event that a defect occurs, please contact us so that we may address your concerns. Our customer support team offers remanufacturing or repair for our customers experiencing issues with RYOEI-provided equipment.

Is the quote free?

We generally provide estimates at no cost, so please feel free to contact us. In special cases where costs will be incurred in the quoting process (such as research and development costs), we will consult with you in advance.

Will you do projects that have been rejected by other companies?

We strive to meet all of our customers' needs, . Please give us detailed information on the automation equipment you require.

Together with our customers, we will consider how to realize projects that are currently difficult to manufacture.

Can you provide CAD models and Drawings?

To protect our proprietary technology, we generally do not distribute CAD models and drawings. To protect our customers' confidentiality, we do not distribute drawings of systems developed for their specific use.

Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, we welcome you to visit any of our global locations. Please contact us to schedule a factory tour.

Which branch/global location will I be assigned to?

If the location of the position you are applying for is not specified, we will inform you during the interview process.

Where are you located? Do you allow office transfers?

For interviews occurring in Japan, unless otherwise stated, the position will be located at our head office (Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture) or Kyushu Factory (Miyako District, Fukuoka Prefecture).

Applicants may also be hired to join overseas subsidiaries in Thailand and the United States.

If you would like to be transferred to a different branch or subsidiary, please let us know during the interview process.

I have no experience in engineering or manufacturing. Can I apply?

RYOEI has a wide range of positions available. Depending on the position you are applying for, an engineering or manugacturing background may not be required. Please check the job description for more details when applying, or feel free to contact us for more information.

Can you describe your interview process?

We generally have 2-3 interview rounds.

Do you have a cafeteria?

There is a cafeteria at Toyota's head office factory. You can select the food to your liking, including bento boxes, curry, noodles, and rice bowls.

We also provide a meal allowance during work days.

Do you have a company dormitory or company housing?

We do not have company housing or dormitories, but we do have a housing subsidy system for new employees.

Is it possible to visit or tour the company?

How do you support working mothers? 

To provide a healthy workplace for mothers, we allow flexible duration's of maternity and childcare leave. Working mothers may choose shorter hours after childbirth in addition to maternity and childcare leave, depending on individual .
